1. Azote

This place tops our list of the 'must visit ice cream parlors', and the reason will be clear to you as you read till the end.

Azote, an obsolete name for ammonia, is a perfect name for this place, because unlike other places, the ice creams here aren't on display. Instead, they ask you to choose a flavor, and they blend it in front of you, using liquid nitrogen. A visual treat, to say the least. And once the smoke fades away, you have yourself a perfect cup of ice cream, with an injection filled with chocolate sauce. Sheer Creativity.

Hailing from Pune, this outlet has just made its entry in the capital. The name is not deceptive, the focus here is on the natural ingredients, from the Tender Coconut, to Chikoo, to even Jackfruit, each and every flavor they offer is fresh as a Monday morning. Because they focus on natural ingredients, they don't really use much preservatives in their recipe, so if you are planning to take it home, do make sure you finish it quickly.
