Peas (Chinese Style)
Ginger Garlic Paste
Red chilli powder
Marinate the Chicken with Salt, Pepper, Soya sauce(2tbsp), Vinegar, Ginger & Garlic paste, Red chilli powder and keep it aside for 1 hr.
Cut the onion into dices. Heat the oil and put slit green chillies, chopped garlic and diced onions. Sauté the mixture till onion become translucent.
Now add the grated carrot and green peas. Stir well. Add some water if required. When oil separates from the mixture add little bit of soya sauce and stir well.
Then add marinade chicken to it and mix it well. Cook it on low flame for about 20mins. It is your choice to have it dry or gravy. Taste the salt and spiciness, adjust accordingly.
Cut the capsicum into strip and fry it. Chop the spring onion. Garnish the dish with fried capsicum and spring onions. Serve it with boiled rice.
