1/2 - 3/4 as required
Soda bi carb
Small Green Elaichi powder
Big Elaichi powder
Sift flour, baking powder & soda bi carb. Keep aside.
Mix sugar & malai in a pan. Leave for 5-10 minutes. Mix well till sugar nearly dissolves. Do not over beat.
Mix maida, essence & big elaichi powder. Add enough milk as needed to obtain dropping consistency. Beat well.
Pour into a dusted 7" round tin. Sprinkle almonds & small elaichi powder.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210 degree celcius for 10minutes. Lower the temperature to 150 degree celcius & bake for 40 min.
