You will need following equipments.

  • Medium Sized Pan


You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Ingredients

1 Cup

Yellow Moong Dal

Few Strands

Saffron

1 Cup

Warm Milk

1 Cup

Warm Water

1 Cup

Powdered Sugar

1/2 Cup

Ghee

1/4 Cup

Cardamom powder

2 Tbsp

Almond Silver

Method

  1. Soak yellow moong dal in water for 3 hours. Drain the water and grind in a mixer to a coarse paste (don’t use water). Keep aside.


  2. Dissolve saffron strands in 1 tbsp of warm milk & set aside.


  3. Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add dal paste and cook on medium flame for 25 min. Keep stirring continuously.


  4. Add 1 cup warm milk and warm water, mix well. Stir continuously and cook on medium flame for 7-8 min.


  5. Add sugar, mix well and cook for 3 min. Keep stirring continuously.


  6. Add the saffron-milk mixture & cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for 1 min (don’t stop stirring)


  7. Remove from flame & garnish with almond silvers before serving.
