Mix curd with little sugar & salt
Deep fry bread pieces or you can also toast them
Take a serving plate, spread bread over it, pour curd, saunth (Sweet Red Sauce).
Sprinkle all the spices You can also make it in a chaat form by adding green chutney, chopped onion, tomato and sev puri on top of it.
