Cut Capsicum into strips & fine chop spring onions
In a mixing bowl add maida, warm water, salt, red chilly powder and soda bicarbonate. Beat well to get a smooth batter and keep aside for 10minutes.
Dip all the florets in the batter and deep fry them till crisp. Keep aside
In a pan heat oil add onions and capsicum. Fry the, Add chilly sauce and salt.
Mix crisp florets in it and serve
