Ginger Garlic Paste
Red chilli powder
Pls don't add any water to during this preparation
Chop the onions finely. Heat the oil for 3-4 minutes. The flame of the gas should be low during the entire cooking. Put the onions, and wait for 10-15 minutes until they turn golden brown. Keep moving the onions. Add green chillies
Add tomatoes, and mix. When tomatoes become soft and are mixed with onions, add ginger garlic paste. Mix all the contents, for another 5 minutes.
Add Chicken Masala. It takes usually 10-15 minutes for the masala to get cooked completely. Keep moving the mixture in between. You will see oil coming out of the mixture. You can add red chili powder if you want.
Add the chicken in the mixture, and cook for another 15-20 minutes. Do not add water. Since we added good number of onions, the masala will be thick. If you used boneless chicken, you can wrap the chicken in chapati/bread.
