A quick & easy recipe to make Semolina (Sooji) Idli
In a small pan add oil and mustard seeds. Let it temper and switch of the flame
Mix sooji and curd with water in a bowl to prepare a semi thick batter.Add salt, tempered mustard seeds & Eno (Just before preparing)
Grease idli moulds with oil. Put the idli batter in the moulds place it in a cooker for steam
Steam it on high flame for 5 minutes, then for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Garnish it with half cut green chillies
