Ginger Garlic Paste
Put oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds. Once they start crackling add green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Fry it.
Add chopped onion, fry untill its translucent. Add chopped tomatoes. Stir it for a while.
Add curd and mix it quickly so that curd cooks properly. Sprinkle chopped coriader leaves.
Dip raw papad in water for 10 seconds , cut them in pieces and put them in gravy and fry it for 5-6 minutes. Serve hot
