Green Cardamom Powder
Crush Pistachio & Almonds into fine pieces
Cut bread slices diagonally, and toast it till it becomes crispy
Apply ghee on toasted bread and cut them in diagonal pieces.
Boil milk in a pan and add saffron strands and cardamom powder.
Add condensed milk and diluted maida in water to the milk to make it thick. Keep stirring.
Spread breads on a plate. Pour over thick rabri mixture.
Sprinkle Pistachio and almonds.
