  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits

Ingredients

bread slices

1/2 Lt

milk

1 Cup

Condensed milk

A pinch

Saffrom Strands

2 Tsp

Green Cardamom Powder

2 Tbsp

Ghee

1 Tbsp

Maida

Handful

Pistachio

Handful

Almonds

Method

  1. Crush Pistachio & Almonds into fine pieces


  2. Cut bread slices diagonally, and toast it till it becomes crispy


  3. Apply ghee on toasted bread and cut them in diagonal pieces.


  4. Boil milk in a pan and add saffron strands and cardamom powder.


  5. Add condensed milk and diluted maida in water to the milk to make it thick. Keep stirring.


  6. Spread breads on a plate. Pour over thick rabri mixture.


  7. Sprinkle Pistachio and almonds.
