Ginger Garlic Paste
Garam Masala powder
Red chilli powder
In a kadhai add oil, onions, green cardamom, cinnamon and saute untill golden. Add ginger & garlic paste. Fry for few minutes.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, tomato puree and salt and sauté till oil leaves the masala.
Add green peas and mushrooms, fry it for few minutes then add a cup of water, bring the mixture to a boil.
Cook on high heat for 8 - 10 minutes. Check if the green peas are fully cooked. Cook on low heat for five minutes. Serve hot.
