Missi Roti with Dal Makhani is an amazing combination
Red chilly powder
A small bunch
Sift besan into a bowl
Mix all ingredients & knead tight dough. Keep aside for 1 hour
Knead again till it is smooth
Heat tawa/tandoor. Make equal balls of dough and roll like chappatis.
Roast on tawa. For tandoor, apply some water on back side of chappati & stick on tandoor.
Apply ghee & serve
