Dry red chilly
Mix grated potatoes, paneer, coconut, cornflour, 2 green chillies, coriander, 1 Tsp salt, 1/4 Tsp garam masala. Knead it well.
Make small balls , applying malai on the surface. Fit in one raisin in each ball. Roll in maida. Fry koftas.
For gravy, heat oil in a pan. Add onions, fry till golden brown add coconut, cumin, red chilly, poppy seeds, cashewnuts, dhania,ginger. Grind them all with 1 cup water until smooth paste. Sieve it.
Add tomato puree. Boil. Add salt , garam masala, cream & ketchup.
At the time of serving, boil gravy and put koftas. Do not cook after adding koftas.
