You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Ingredients

100gm

Karela ki chilkey finely chopped

100gm

Cilantro

1cup

Wheat flour

1/2cup

Jowar flour

1 tablespoon

Ajwine lightly crushed

1/2 tea spoon

Asafoetida

2 tablespoon

Curd

1 1/2 table spoon

Ginger, garlic and green chilly paste

1 table spoon

Coriander powder

1 tea spoon

Turmeric powder

1 tea spoon

Balck salt

2 table spoon

Oil

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredient in a bowl, now add little water and start mixing it to make a dough


  2. Dont add to much of the water, as vegetables and curd will release it own water


  3. Cover it and keep it aside for 10 min


  4. Now make medium size balls and make chapatti of it by using dry flour, just like normal paratha roast it on the pan by using oil.


  5. Your karela ki parathe is ready, serve it with curd/pickel/ mint chatni
