You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Achari Paneer

Achari paneer is a spicy, tantalizing paneer curry with pickle like taste .

Ingredients

½ chopped vertically

capsicum

tomatoes

onions

cloves of garlic

1 cup

Mustard oil

150 gms

Paneer

Tej patta

3 tablespoons

blended curd

3/4th teaspoon

Cumin

3/4th teaspoon

Salt

2 teaspoon

Dhaniya powder

1/3rd teaspoon

Turmeric powder

1/2 tspn

Hing powder,

1 tspn

garam masala,

1/2 tspn

kalonji

1/3rd teaspoon

Red chilli powder

Method

  1. Marinate the paneer cubes in one cup of hot mustard oil


  2. Grind chopped tomatoes, onions & garlic to a fine paste


  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of ghee on a kadhai till ghee simmers. Add tej patta and after 2 minutes add hing, jeera & kalonji


  4. As soon as the jeera turns dark brown in colour, add the paste of tomatoes, onions & garlic.Add salt, dhaniya powder, red chilli & turmeric powder


  5. Cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes, until the paste is cooked


  6. Add 1 cup of hot water and let it boil with the cooked paste


  7. Add chopped capsicum, add 1 tablespoon butter, add marinated paneer (after straining out all the mustard oil


  8. Add curd and let the paneer & gravy cook till blended well


  9. Garnish with chopped dhaniya for flavour and serve
