Marinate chicken in soya sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, ajinomoto and salt for 1/2 hour.
Heat oil. Keep the marinade aside and fry only the chicken. Keep chicken covered for 5min and then fry without cover on medium flame for 15 - 20min or till done and try. Keep aside.
Mix together the white onion, cornflour and water with the leftover marinade and bring to a boil.
Add this sauce to the fried chicken pieces. Also add the chopped chilies and capsicum & simmer for a minute. Adjust salt if necessary.
Garnish with spring onion greens. Serve hot
