Easy Breakfast or snacks recipe
1 tsp, finely chopped
3 finely chopped
Wash poha and soak into 2 cups of water for 15 min. Drain and squeeze well
Add salt, garam masala, ginger, lemon juice, green chillies & coriander and then mix well.
Make small tikkis and roll over khuskhus scattered on a plate.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis on medium heat till crisp and golden brown.
Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot with green chutney. You can even stuff it between breads and have it like bread tikki
