Red chilly powder
Put oil in a pan, then put Corriander seeds, red Chillies and cumin seeds. Let them crackle
Add chopped onions to the pan. After 3-4mins add chopped capsicum. Stir fry for 5mins on high flame
Make purée of the tomatoes, and add it to the pan
Add all the powdered spices and salt
Add Paneer, and mix it well. Cook for 3-4mins
Add tomato ketchup and garnish it with fresh cream and green corriander. Serve it.
