Red chilli powder
Garam Masala powder
As per taste
Finely chopped onions
Ginger & garlic paste
In a kadhai add oil, onions, green cardamom, cinnamon and saute until golden. Add ginger & garlic paste. Fry for few minutes.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, tomato puree and salt and sauté till oil leaves the masala.
Dissolve cashew nut paste in one cup of water and add it to the gravy. Stir well.
Add green peas and mushrooms, fry it for few minutes then add a cup of water, bring the mixture to a boil.
Cook on high heat for 8 - 10 minutes. Check if the green peas are fully cooked. Cook on low heat for five minutes. Serve hot.
