You will need following equipments.

  • Medium Sized Pan


You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Ingredients

1 cup

Urad dal

1/4 Cup,Finely chopped

Onion

1/4 Cup, Finely chopped

Tomato

1 tbsp

Cumin seeds

1tsp (as desired)

Red chili powder

1tsp

Turmeric powder

1tsp (optional)

lemon juice

few, chopped

Coriander leaves

2 -3 tbsp

Ghee

1 pinch

Hing

3 cups

water

as per taste

Salt

1 tsp, chopped (optional)

Garlic

Method

  1. Wash Dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 20-25 minutes. Once soaked, rinse it and drain the water. Add it in pressure cooker, add water, turmeric powder and salt. Close the lid and place weight on it. Turn the flame to high


  2. In around 10 minutes, it will start steaming turn the flame into medium and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn the stove off and wait will steam goes down. (Do not try to open before)


  3. Meanwhile prepare tadka. Take deep bottom pan, add ghee and cumin seeds. Once it starts spluttering add hing, chopped garlic,chopped onion, fry for a minute then add tomato and chili powder. Cook till its mushy.


  4. Now pour the tadka on Dal and add lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves
