Cheesy Biscuit Bites

You will need following equipments.

  • Stove
  • Medium Sized Pan


You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Dhaba Meat

It was my first experience of making a desi mutton curry Dhaba style. Though it took me a good amount of time to cook it but it turned out to be absolutely amazing.

Ingredients

1.5 Kgs

Mutton

750 gms

onions

100 gms

Garlic

50 gms

Ginger

10-15

Green Chillies

4-5

Big cardamom

6-7

Green cardamom

Cloves

1 Tsp

Black pepper

2 Inch

Cinnamon Sticks

Bay leaf

1 Cup

Curd

To taste

Salt

1 Tbsp

Degi Mirch

2 Tbsp

Kitchen King Masala

1/2 Tsp

Red chilly powder

1/2 Tsp

Turmeric powder

2 Tsp

Corriander Powder

1 Tsp

Cumin powder

Method

  1. Wash the mutton thoroughly, mix curd to it


  2. Now add all the Powdered Masalas (half quantity of each mentioned in ingredients) except Degi Mirch & Salt, and mix it well


  3. Make a smooth paste of Ginger, Garlic & Green Chillies, and add half of this paste to the above marination of mutton


  4. Keep this marinated mutton in fridge for 4-6hrs


  5. Heat Oil in a pan, put all the whole masalas & grinded onions. Cook till Onions turn Golden brown


  6. Add, rest of ginger, garlic & green chilly paste to th pan & fry it for 5mins


  7. Add rest of half powdered masalas, and Degi mirch to the pan. Cook the mixture till the Oil separates


  8. Add the marinated mutton to the pan now, & cook it for 40-45mins on low flame with the lid closed


  9. Now, add the above cooked mutton to the pressure cooker and cook it till 2-3 whistles, and let the pressure release itself


  10. Now add the desired amount of water (as per the thickness of gravy) & let it cook (on low flame) till the mutton is tender


  11. Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve it hot with Roomali Rotis
