You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

It's one of my most favorite Restaurant style Dal Makhani recipe

Ingredients

250gms

Urad dal

2 Tbsp

Rajma

1/2 Tsp

Red chilly powder

1/2 Tsp

Corriander Powder

2 Tbsp

Ginger Garlic Paste

Green Chillies

2 Tbsp

Mustard oil

To taste

Salt

Tomato

5 Cups

water

1 Cup

milk

1 Tbsp

Ghee

3/4 Cup

Tomato puree

5 Tsp

Kitchen King Masala

7 Tbsp

Kasoori methi

Big cardamom

Cinnamon stick

5 Tbsp

Cream

Method

  1. Soak Rajma overnight


  2. Put Dal in pressure cooker & give it 2 whistles


  3. Wash & Remove 1/4th skin of dal


  4. Mix Rajma in Dal


  5. Add all spices, finely chopped green chillies, salt, 1 finely cut tomato, milk and Put in a pan with Mustard Oil, let it is cook for 30mins


  6. Add Ghee, Tomato Puree, Kitchen King Masala, Kasmiri Methi, Cardamom, Cinnamon & Garam Masala, & let it cook for 2-3mins


  7. Cook Dal until right consistency


  8. Mix and Swirl Cream
