Friends this is my first recipe here. It is a very common and bachelor's favorite recipe. Quick and yummy :) P.S I was so hungry that i missed taking its pic but have uploaded a similar looking Omelette from net for you all :p. It looked the same
½ “ chopped finely
Green or red chillies
¼ cup, chopped
as per taste
Salt & Pepper
Break eggs into a bowl. Add turmeric powder and some salt. Whisk and beat the eggs for 1 min with a beater.
Add chopped chilies, ginger, onion, coriander leaves & pepper powder. Mix well.
Heat ½ tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add half of mixture and place on high flame for 10 secs. Lower the flame and allow eggs to cook on medium heat.
Once it’s done from one side, flip the omelette to other side and cook. Once cooked from both sides, remove & serve hot.
Repeat the above steps with remaining half of the mixture for another omelette.
