Today my son is coming home after a long time :) Therefore I prepared one of his favorite dishes from Mumma's kitchen. Hope he loves it again!!
Red chilly powder

Fry onions and make its paste.
Cut cauliflower into medium sized florets and dip it in salt water for 10 - 15 minutes.
Now marinate cauliflower with maida & cornflour.
In a kadhai add oil & cumin seeds. Once it starts to splutter add puree, red chilly powder, garam masala, tandoori masala and salt. Fry all on medium flame.
Add marinated cauliflower and onion paste and keep frying until cauliflower is soft.
Add cream and mix well. Garnish with kasuri methi and coriander leaves.
