Boil water to cook pasta. After adding pasta for 5 minutes, switch of the flame and cover it with lid. It will cook in hot water. Cook it to al-dente ( meaning 'thoda kaccha' when you bite it) perfection. Further cooking takes place while we add sauce n heat it again. Drain the water n reserve to add in sauce if required.
Heat oil in a wok. Add bay leaves & peppercorns and saute. Add garlic, onion and capsicum and saute.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes till sauce reduces. Finally add oregano and mix well. Remove the bay leaves.
You could easily add any other vegetables as per your choice.
Garnish it with cheese and chili flakes. Serve with garlic bread.
