Quite an easy and different flavored cake.
2, peeled & chopped
1 cup, pitted & chopped
Blend apple to a puree with 4 tbsp water in mixer, keep the puree aside.
Sift the flour with baking power in a bowl.
In a mixing bowl, Beat the butter & sugar in a pan with an electric hand mixer nicely till light n fluffly.
Add 1 egg & half of the sieved flour to butter. Beat well. Add the remaining egg & flour. Beat again. Now add the apple puree mix.
Keep aside 1tbsp of dates, add the remaining dates to the mixture. Mix well.
Grease & dust a big circular loaf tin. Spoon the mix in the tin and bake in oven for 1 hour or till done.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing the cake from the tin. Place it on a plate and serve
