1/3 cup chopped onion
Red chili powder
In a mixing bowl add flour, salt, oil & water and knead it well until smooth. Add more water if required while kneading. Cover it and keep the dough aside for 5 – 10minutes.
For Stuffing – In a bowl add onion, cheese, salt & red chili, green chilies & coriander leaves. Mix it well.
For Parantha – Pinch a small ball from the dough, roll them between your palms, flatten them and dust with whole wheat flour if required. Place one portion of stuffing on the center and bring together all the sides in the center and seal it tightly.
Roll it again to flatten it. Place it on tawa and cook it on medium flame, using a little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
Serve it pickle or curd or chutney.
