Many people run away on listening Palak but I just love this dish and specially it is so nutritious. Having it with Gur (jaggery) is like cherry on the cake :)

Finely chop the onions and green chilies.
Heat olive oil in a pan.Add chopped onions and sauté for 3-4 mins till it becomes golden brown.
Blend the tomatoes well in mixer. Add the blended tomatoes to onions. Add salt, black pepper, Dhania powder to the mixture.Let the tomatoes get cooked for 5 mins.
Wash the spinach leaves well.Put the washed leaves in a cooker and allow it to cook for 25-30 mins (approx. 6-7 whistles)
Blend the cooked spinach leaves well with the hand blender till it becomes like a puree.
Pour this blended spinach puree in the sautéed mixture of onions and tomatoes. Mix it well and cook for 5-7 mins till it comes to boil.
Cut paneer into small cubes.Add the paneer cubes to the dish.
Garnish it with fresh cream and serve hot.
