Cheesy Biscuit Bites

You will need following equipments.

  • Stove
  • Medium Sized Pan


You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Lemon Chicken

A healthy dinner, or a good healthy snacks which could be served to your guests. I have only taken Leg Pieces (Chicken Tangri) as I was serving it to my guests, it can be made with the whole chicken as well.

Ingredients

10 Pieces

Chicken Legs

2 Tbsp

Butter

Black Cardamom

Green cardamom

Bayleaf

1 small

Cinnamon

2 Tbsp

Chicken masala

1/4 Tsp

Garam masala

1/4 Tsp

Black pepper

To taste

Salt

2 Tbsp

lemon juice

Method

  1. Take a pressure cooker and heat butter in it.


  2. Add all the whole masalas to the heated butter and let them crackle


  3. Lower the heat and add chicken masala, black pepper, garam masala and salt


  4. Now add chicken pieces and pressure cook till 2 whistles


  5. Now lower the heat for 5 minutes and turn off the gas


  6. Let the pressure release and now open the lid and transfer it to another pan, add lemon and let it get dry.


  7. Seve it with Onions & green Chutney
