A healthy dinner, or a good healthy snacks which could be served to your guests. I have only taken Leg Pieces (Chicken Tangri) as I was serving it to my guests, it can be made with the whole chicken as well.
Take a pressure cooker and heat butter in it.
Add all the whole masalas to the heated butter and let them crackle
Lower the heat and add chicken masala, black pepper, garam masala and salt
Now add chicken pieces and pressure cook till 2 whistles
Now lower the heat for 5 minutes and turn off the gas
Let the pressure release and now open the lid and transfer it to another pan, add lemon and let it get dry.
Seve it with Onions & green Chutney
