Cheesy Biscuit Bites

You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Garam masala

Chicken masala

Method

  1. Roast cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper seeds, dried cloves on tawa and run into mixer to form fine powder.


  2. In a pan add oil, ghee, dry red chilly, bay leaves. Fry for 1 minute.


  3. Now add spices powder. Stir to fry. Add chopped onions, green chilies and ginger garlic paste. Keep stirring till it turns brown. (Approximately for 20 minutes)

  4. Add chicken masala and 50ml water. Keep frying till mixture turns dark brown in color.


  5. Add chicken. Reduce the flame and let it cook for good amount of time. Keep stirring in between to prevent it from burning.

  6. Add salt and mix it well. Now add 1.3 glasses of water. Switch it to high flame for 5-10 minutes.

  7. Later reduce the flame and cook it until pieces are soft and tender. Once soft, sprinkle garam masala, Add few drops of kewda.

  8. Garnish it with coriander leaves.Cover it with lid and leave it like this for another 30 minutes.
