You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Ingredients

500 gram

Soaked chana (7-8 hours)

6 Pieces

Dry amla

3tbspn

Chana masala

1 tbspn

Red chilly powder

1tbspn

Dhaniya powder

1tbspn

Jeera powder

1 tbspn

Dry mango powder

1/4 tbspn

Garam masala

as per taste

Salt

FinelyChopped ginger in thin and long slices

Green chillies(chopped in long slices)

Green coriander for garnishing

Method

  1. Boil chana with amla pieces and salt (2 whistles and then reduce the gas flame and cook for another 20-25 min)


  2. Now open the pressure cooker add all the masalas in it.


  3. Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and ginger(half quantity of each, rest leave for garnishing)


  4. Now take another pan, heat ghee on high flame and add ajwain to it


  5. Now add this tadka to chole and cook for 5 mins.


  6. And now transfer it to the serving bowl and garnish with the left green chillies, tomatoes, ginger and corriander. Serve hot.
