You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Kadhai Paneer

This is one of my favorite punjabi paneer recipes. It's gravy is a mouthwatering combination of various spices.

Ingredients

150gms

Paneer cubes

Onion (rings)

Capsicum (rings)

6tbsp

Oil

1tbsp

Cashewnut paste

1/2 cup

Tomato puree

2 tbsp

Ginger & garlic paste

1tsp

Red chilly powder

5tsp

Kasoori methi

1/4tsp

Turmeric powder

1/4 tsp

Salt

1/4 tsp

sugar

1/2 cup

water

1tsp

Cumin seeds

Whole red chilies

Black pepper

1pinch

Methi dana

1 1/2 tsp

Coriander Seeds

Method

  1. For dry masala, roast last five ingredients on tawa till it changes colour. Cool and grind it into a powder.


  2. In a Kadhai heat 4 tbsp oil. Add onions, fry for 2 minutes. Separately fry capsicum and paneer also.Keep it aside


  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add ginger & garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add dry masala & puree. Cook till oil separates. Then add red chilly powder, haldi, kitchen king masala, kasoori methi, kaju paste. Fry and then add water.


  4. 4. Add fried onions, capsicum and paneer cubes. In the end add salt & sugar. Serve hot with breads
