It is a dish of eggs poached in semi gravy of onion, tomatoes and capsicum.
1, medium chopped
2, fully riped
Red chilly powder
as per taste

Heat oil in a wok and add onion and sauté them till translucent. Now add capsicum and fry till soft.
Add chopped tomatoes along with red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Fry till tomatoes get mushy and cooked.
Spread it evenly and then gently break all eggs one by one at an equal distance on the spread without breaking the yolk.Cover it with lid as it is and let it cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.
Switch off flame and let it settle. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with breads, buns.
