If you love kheer you will love this innovation.
Boil the cauliflower till it looses its smell. Drain it and keep aside.
In pan add milk and cauliflower. Let it boil on low flame till it becomes half of its original volume.
Add the sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
Now heat the ghee different pan,add all the dry fruits, fry till golden brown and transfer it into the kheer.
Garnish it with cardamom powder
