Cheesy Biscuit Bites

You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Ingredients

2 cups

Cottage Cheese (Paneer)

2, chopped

onions

tomatoes

2tbsp

Ginger Garlic Paste

3-4, minced like paste

Cashewnuts (optional)

1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder

2 tsp

Coriander powder

2tsp

Degi lal Mirch

2tsp

Garam masala

2tsp

Sugar/honey

1/2 cup or less

Fresh Cream

2tbsp

Oil

as per taste

Salt

1/4tsp

Tomato ketchup

Crushed Methi leaves

Method

  1. Boil tomatoes in water. Once cool, peel them and make puree.


  2. Cut paneer in whatever shape you want


  3. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions. Fry them till translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears.


  4. Now add tomato puree and saute for a while and cover it with a lid for it to cook fast. Make sure it is not sticking to the bottom. If it is, then add little water. Add kaju paste


  5. Once gravy becomes thick add all the spices and mix well


  6. Add honey and ketchup and salt. Then add cream.


  7. Add water as per the required consistency


  8. Bring it to boil. Sprinkle crushed methi leaves.
