Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
Ginger Garlic Paste
3-4, minced like paste
Degi lal Mirch
1/2 cup or less
as per taste
Crushed Methi leaves
Boil tomatoes in water. Once cool, peel them and make puree.
Cut paneer in whatever shape you want
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions. Fry them till translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears.
Now add tomato puree and saute for a while and cover it with a lid for it to cook fast. Make sure it is not sticking to the bottom. If it is, then add little water. Add kaju paste
Once gravy becomes thick add all the spices and mix well
Add honey and ketchup and salt. Then add cream.
Add water as per the required consistency
Bring it to boil. Sprinkle crushed methi leaves.
