Fresh curds (whisked)
Onions (deep fried)
Paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
Coriander (finely chopped)
Take 1 cup of water in a pan & mix all ingredients. Boil for 10 minutes.
Cool it for a while. Blend in a mixer till it becomes a smooth paste. Keep aside
Take deep-fried onions in a mixer and blend till smooth. Keep aside
Heat oil in a pan and add the onion paste. Cook on medium flame for 2 min and stir occasionally
Add garam masala and chilli powder. Mix and cook for 1 min.
Then add curd, mix well and cook on low flame for 1 min. Keep stirring continuously
Add deep-fried onion paste, ½ cup of water & salt. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 min. Keep stirring occasionally.
For serving, place the paneer cubes in the gravy. Mix slowly & gently. Cook on a medium flame for 1-2 min.
Garnish with coriander & serve hot
