Cheesy Biscuit Bites

You will need following equipments.

  • Stove
  • Medium Sized Pan


You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Ingredients

1 tsp

Chilli powder

½ tsp

Garam masala

¾ cup

Fresh curds (whisked)

½ cup

Onions (deep fried)

2 tbsp

Oil

to taste

Salt

1 cup

Onions (chopped)

5 cloves

Garlic

1 tbsp

Ginger Paste

2 tbsp

Cashewnuts

1 tbsp

Paneer (cottage cheese) cubes

2 tbsp

Coriander (finely chopped)

Method

  1. Take 1 cup of water in a pan & mix all ingredients. Boil for 10 minutes.


  2. Cool it for a while. Blend in a mixer till it becomes a smooth paste. Keep aside


  3. Take deep-fried onions in a mixer and blend till smooth. Keep aside


  4. Heat oil in a pan and add the onion paste. Cook on medium flame for 2 min and stir occasionally


  5. Add garam masala and chilli powder. Mix and cook for 1 min.


  6. Then add curd, mix well and cook on low flame for 1 min. Keep stirring continuously


  7. Add deep-fried onion paste, ½ cup of water & salt. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 min. Keep stirring occasionally.


  8. For serving, place the paneer cubes in the gravy. Mix slowly & gently. Cook on a medium flame for 1-2 min.


  9. Garnish with coriander & serve hot
