Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and ginger paste. Then add the chopped tomatoes.
Add salt, Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder and sugar. Cover the lid of the pan till the tomatoes become tender.
Then add Curd to the gravy. When the gravy leaves oil, add Boiled potatoes to the gravy.
Let it cook for some time and then add water and cover the lid.
When the gravy thicken, put off the gas and add chopped fresh Coriander leaves Ready to serve.
