Chopped green chillies
Heat the oil. Fry garlic and green chillies. Add all the vegetables with salt. Half cook them. Keep aside.
Make a thin paste of cornflour and heat it till consistency becomes little thick. Add sugar, vinegar, black pepper.
Now add all the vegetables in the gravy. Add water. Let it boil. Garnish with Cabbage,Spring onion, Cream.
