Thin & very soft
Mix water with milk
Sieve maida, wheat flour and salt. Add curd. Mix well. Knead with a mixture of water and milk to a soft and smooth dough.
Dough shouldn't be too firm and tight. Keep aside covered for about 1/2 hour. Knead again for 10minutes till soft and elastic.
Heat a thin big kadhai upsidedown on fire. Roll out a very thin roti with a small ball of the dough.
Sprinkle salted water on kadhai. Put the roti on the hot kadhai and cook. Wrap in an aluminium foil and keep aside.
Serve hot with your choice of sabzi
