Cheesy Biscuit Bites

You will need following equipments.

You will need following ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • To taste Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 16pc Salted Biscuits
  • 1 cup masala sev

Ingredients

250gms

Paneer cubes

2, blanched

Tomato puree

2 tbsp

Kasuri Methi

1/4 cup

Fresh Cream

1 tsp, crushed

Ginger

1

Green chili

2tbsp

Butter

1/4 cup

milk

as per taste

Salt

1 tsp

Garam masala

1 tsp

Sugar/honey

1tsp

Red chili powder

a pinch (optional)

Red color

1, chopped

Red Bell pepper

Method

  1. Heat 1 tbsp butter in pan fry bell pepper, ginger and green chilly for few minutes . Keep aside to cool down. Blend into smooth paste using little water.


  2. Heat remaining butter in same pan, add tomato puree, saute for few minutes then add bell pepper paste, salt, sugar, garam masala and red chilly powder.


  3. Sauté for some time and add cream and milk along with ¼ cup water


  4. While stirring continuously bring it to boil. Add Paneer cubes. Reduce flame to low cover the pan with lid and cook for 5 more minutes.


  5. Sprinkle Kasuri Methi and mix gently.
