Without Onion & Garlic. Can be eaten during fasts also.
1 tsp, crushed

Heat 1 tbsp butter in pan fry bell pepper, ginger and green chilly for few minutes . Keep aside to cool down. Blend into smooth paste using little water.
Heat remaining butter in same pan, add tomato puree, saute for few minutes then add bell pepper paste, salt, sugar, garam masala and red chilly powder.
Sauté for some time and add cream and milk along with ¼ cup water
While stirring continuously bring it to boil. Add Paneer cubes. Reduce flame to low cover the pan with lid and cook for 5 more minutes.
Sprinkle Kasuri Methi and mix gently.
