Chopped green chillies
Vegetables of your choice
Salt & Pepper
all purpose Flour
Milk or Cream
crushed Italian herbs
Chopped parsley or coriander
Pasta of your choice
Boil pot of water for pasta, then add the pasta and salt and cook till al dente.
Sautee all ingredients for red sauce at a medium heat in a couple tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil. Set aside.
Add butter in saucepan, then add flour and mix together. When mixture starts to bubble, slowly add milk. When milk is added and consistency is cooked to a sauce, add the crushed Italian herbs and parsley and Mix well. Cook till the consistency is creamy and then add the red sauce and mix well and simmer for few minutes.
Meanwhile drain the pasta, add a spoonful of olive oil to it and keep aside.
When the sauce is ready add the pasta and give it a good mix till everything is combined.
Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander/parsley/basil and shredded cheese and butter.
