Grate paneer, mawa separately
Heat ghee in a pan, add the grated paneer and stirr.
Add small pinch of cardamom powder.
When the paneer started leaving oil, add grated mawa and condensed milk.
Add the sugar and taste for the sweetness.
Mix all the ingredients.
When the mixture takes a dough form, put off the gas.
Apply ghee on a plate and spread the mixture in a thick layer.
After 5 mixture dip a knife in water and cut diamond shapes in the mixture.
Let the mixture in fridge for 2-3 hrs
