Matar Poha for breakfast
1 finely chopped
Rinse the poha in running water. Soak in fresh water for 2 mins. Use a strainer to rinse poha. Leave it in the strainer only.
Heat little oil in a pan, add potato saute them till it becomes light golden and crisp
Add mustard seeds, green chili and curry leaves. Add onions saute them, also add peas. Add salt & haldi cover the pan for 2 mints with a lid.
Add poha & sugar mix well on low flame for 2 mins
Switch off the flame and add lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
