Chopped dry fruits
Peel the apples and grate them. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan. Add the grated apple and fry on a medium flame, till all the water evaporates and it looks cooked. (Takes around 10 minutes)
Now add sugar.Cook, mix occasionally, till the mixture thickens and all the sugar is mixed well with apples.
Add chopped dry fruits.
Once it is dry add cardamom powder.
Transfer the contents on greased (with ghee) plate or cutting board.
Let it cool down a bit. Serve"
